Our team ensures use of healthy, clean and professional equipments and supplies to serve your guests with our flavorful popcorn. One server provided alongwith the equipment and supplies!
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Scheduling: Minimum Booking Duration: 1 hour and above Deposit and Payment: Require an advance deposit that is only refundable 14 days prior to your event to secure the booking. In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before your event then your deposit remains safe with us to be used for any other event you book with us. 2. Service Details: Age Restrictions: Recommended age for face painting, henna, glitter tattos starts at 3 due to product labels and insurance requirements. Arm painting is an option with the parent/guardian's consent. Number of Attendees: 10 to 12 faces/hands covered in one hour 15 balloon creations in one hour Special Service Options: specialty designs or themes can be accommodated. Materials Used: FDA approved skin friendly non-toxic supplies used mainly bought from Hokey Pokey Canada. Hygiene and Cleaning: Hygiene and cleanliness is our top priority and we use soap and water to clean brushes on job. Makeup wipes are/ may be used to remove the paint. 3. Safety and Liability: Insurance Coverage: We are fully insured with TCAFE for entertainers. Allergy Considerations: We only paint onclean skin that is without any skin conditions like cuts rashes acne and open wounds. Malfunctions: We will happily redo our paint or balloons if time permits. 4. Other Terms: Communication: Direct communication via phone calls is encouraged in case of any change in event details. Client Responsibilities: Require two chairs and a shelter if the event is outdoors. Artist brings her own table and supplies.
